We want you to love your Emberelle lamp. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, email us at embrellelanterns@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
